Fitness Programs
6 week full body program, NO GYM REQUIRED! Reach your goals and build your solid foundation from anywhere with this no-equipment, beginner friendly fitness plan. This program can also be used as a travel-friendly fitness plan for those on the go!
Plan Includes:
Two 3 week training blocks; 2-day full body split designed to enhance full body strength and stability using just bodyweight
7 Recovery sessions to ensure optimized recovery in between training sessions
Progressions + regressions to match and adjust to your training level as you improve
Tracking sheet to track your progress
16 week comprehensive weightlifting program centered on building muscle mass (especially in the upper body) and increasing strength. Upper/Lower Split, 4 days/week
Included:
-1 x 4-week Muscular Endurance Block
-2 x 4-week Hypertrophy Blocks (1 +2)
-Detailed exercise descriptions for each movement
-Tracking sheets to help monitor progress
Intensity: Moderate/Low - Moderate - Moderate/High
What to expect:
We will begin this program with a muscular endurance block to ensure the body is conditioned properly before we start increasing intensity. After that, we will begin 8 weeks of hypertrophy training where our focus will shift to doing as much volume as possible while still recovering fully.
